Professor Alexander Wai, President and Vice-Chancellor, recently hosted a lunch for Mr. Douglas So, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Antiquities Advisory Board; Mr. Timothy Shen and Ms. Vivien Lai, Chairman and Chief Operating Officer respectively of Safari Asia Limited; and Mr. Philip Kan, Director of Donvex Asia Capital Limited, to exchange views about the University’s latest development in Esports, artificial intelligence and data analysis, and creative media. They were joined by Professor Guo Yike, Vice-President (Research and Development); Professor Johnny M Poon, Associate Vice-President (Interdisciplinary Research); Professor Chung Pak Kwong, Acting Director of Student Affairs and Associate Dean (Development) of Social Sciences; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation.
