Mr. Philip Tsai Wing Chung, BBS, JP, Deputy Chairman of the Alumni Committee of the HKBU Foundation, has been re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the Independent Commission on Remuneration for Members of the Executive Council and the Legislature, and Officials under the Political Appointment System of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for a term of three years with effect from 1 April 2022. Mr. Tsai is currently a Partner Emeritus of Deloitte China.
