The Hon. Kenneth Leung Yuk Wai, JP, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, Associate Director of Lung Cheong Investment Limited and Member of the Legislative Council, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as Vice-Chairman to the Youth Development Commission with effect from 25 August 2022 to 31 March 2023.
