Mr. David Fong Man Hung, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Fong Shu Fook Tong Foundation and the Fong’s Family Foundation, Honorary Trustee of the HKBU Foundation; and Mr. David Lee Wai Hung, Honorary Vice-President of the HKBU Foundation, were conferred honorary fellowships by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on 28 September 2022, in recognition of their remarkable achievements, contributions to society and support to the higher education sector.

Mr. Fong is currently Managing Director of Hip Shing Hong (Holdings) Company Limited and Mr. Lee is currently Director of Lee Kum Kee Company Limited.
