Dr. Simon Suen, BBS, JP, Co-Chairman of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation and Founder of the SML Group, and Mrs. Mary Suen, Director of the Group, recently visited the University and met with Professor Chen Zhi, Dr. Adam Schwartz, Director and Associate Director of the Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology (JAS) respectively; and Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation. They were joined by Dr. Jason Sun, Brook Russell Astor Curator of Chinese Art, Department of Asian Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art; and Dr. Xu Xiaodong, Associate Director of the Art Museum, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, to exchange views on the research work and latest development of JAS.
