Dr. the Hon. Victor Fung Kwok King, GBM, GBS, CBE, Chairman of Fung Hon Chu Foundation Limited and Victor and William Fung Foundation Limited, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, was reappointed by the HKSAR Government as the Chairman of the Civil Service Training Advisory Board (the Board) for a term of two years, while Ms. Quince Chong Wan Yan, JP, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was newly appointed as a Member of the Board for a term of three years. These appointments are effective from 1 November 2022.

Dr. Fung is currently also Group Chairman of the Fung Group, while Ms. Chong is currently Chief Corporate Development Officer of the CLP Group.
