The Lions & Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Charity Foundation (the Foundation), Honorary Vice-President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted its 15th Anniversary Fundraising Dinner on 16 December 2022. Dr. Lam Hoi Ham, JP, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, invited a number of HKBU representatives to join the occasion. They included Ms. Christine Chow, Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary; Professor Lyu Aiping, Dean of the School of Chinese Medicine (SCM); Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation; Professor Li Min, Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) of SCM; and Professor Sun Feng, Associate Director of Clinical Division of SCM.

A total of HK$1 million was raised in support of the Foundation’s the “Privilege Scheme of Chinese Medicine Service for Elderly” and other related services. The funding will provide subsidy to the needy elderly for Chinese medicine treatment.
