Mr. Laurence Li Lu Jen, JP, Honorary Court Member of HKBU and Senior Counsel, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC), while Mr. Brian Li Man Bun, JP, Director of The Bank of East Asia Charitable Foundation Limited, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of FSDC.

The appointments took effect from 17 January 2023 for a term of two years.
