Mr. Rex Wong Siu Han, JP, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Kum Shing Group, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed as Member of the Construction Industry Council for a term of two years, with effect from 1 February 2023.
