The Yan Chai Hospital Board 2022-2023 hosted its Annual Charity Ball at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 10 March 2023. Officiating guests included Dr. Paul Ip, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mrs. Mary Suen, Chairlady of the Annual Charity Ball; and Mr. Chan Kwok Ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration of the HKSAR. The event was well attended by over 500 dignitaries and honourable guests. A number of HKBU Foundation members and friends of the University joined this special occasion. They included Dr. Chloe Suen; Dr. Elizabeth Law, MH; Mr. So Kai Sing and Mrs. Susan So, SBS; Ms. Linda So; Dr. Stanley Yim, BBS, JP; Dr. Maggie Ko; Mr. Ronnie Ho; and Mrs. Chu Wong Wai Sum. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, attended the event on behalf of the University.
