The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon hosted its 142nd Anniversary Charity Dinner at Rosewood Hong Kong on 17 March 2023. Officiating guests included Mr. Chan Kin Ping, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Lok Sin Tong; Mr. Ho Kai Ming, JP, Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare of HKSAR; and Mr. Guo Changyong, Deputy Director of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of The Central People’s Government in the HKSAR. Several Members of the Court and the HKBU Foundation of the University joined this special occasion. They included Mr. Lee Shing Put, BBS; Mr. Augustine Wong, JP; Mr. Ivan Wong, JP; Mr. Felix Lio; Mr. Kevin Orr; Professor Calvin Tse; and Dr. Sonny Li. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, also attended the event on behalf of the University.
