The Hon. Kenneth Leung Yuk Wai, JP, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee and Member of the Legislative Council, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Vice-Chairman of the Youth Development Commission (YDC). 

Ms. Grace Yu, Honorary Court Member of HKBU and Executive Director, Greater China of Credit Suisse AG Hong Kong Branch; and Mr. Victor Pang, MH, Council Member of HKBU and Director and General Manager of Mabco Limited, were re-appointed as Members of the YDC. In addition, Professor Calvin Tse Hoi Fat, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kam Kee Holdings Limited, was newly appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the YDC. These appointments took effect from 1 April 2023 for a term of two years. 

The Hon. Leung was also appointed by the HKSAR Government as Ex-officio Member of the Family Council for a term of two years with effect from 1 April 2023.
