The HKBU Foundation records with deepest sorrow the passing of Mr. Michael Choi Ngai Min, BBS, JP, Sponsoring Member of the HKBU Foundation and former Director and Senior Vice-President of Henderson (China) Investment Co. Ltd., on 14 May 2023.

Graduated from the Business Management Department of the Hong Kong Baptist College, Mr. Choi had played a pivotal role in the real estate industry for over 40 years, making significant contributions with his extensive experience notably in the real estate markets in Hong Kong and Mainland China. As an outstanding leader with a passion for community service, he held several key positions in the community including the Vice-President of the Hong Kong Real Property Federation, Member of the Long Term Housing Strategy Steering Committee, the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Estate Agents Authority.

The Foundation conveys its heartfelt condolences to Mr. Choi’s family at this time of bereavement. He will always be remembered for his remarkable contributions to the University, Hong Kong and the country at large.
