Ir Dr. Frank Leung Yat Cheong, Honorary Court Member of the University, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Member of the Consumer Goods Safety Appeal Board Panel for a term of two years with effect from 20 October 2023. Ir Dr. Leung is currently Managing Director of New Wing Footwear Company Limited.
