Professor David Wong Yau Kar, GBS, JP, Honorary University Fellow of HKBU, was recently reappointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Council of The Education University of Hong Kong for a term of three years with effect from 1 January 2024. Professor Wong is currently Managing Director of United Overseas Investments Limited.
