Professor Alex Wai, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU, hosted a lunch for Mr. Mongkolchai Mavichien, Director of Ma Pak Leung Co., Ltd. at Shiu Pong Hall on 25 January 2024 to express appreciation to the Company for its staunch support over the years.

They were joined by Mr. Howard Chu, Director of Great Wall Trading China Limited, as well as representatives of Ma Pak Leung Co. Ltd, including Ms. So Sau Ling, Financial Controller; Mr. Sunny Chu, Marketing and Sales Manager; Mr. Kelvin Ho, Assistant Marketing and Sales Manager and Ms. Fannie Chan, Assistant Media and Public Relation Manager.

Also in attendance were Professor Lyu Aiping, Vice-President (Research and Development) cum Dean of the Graduate School; Ms. Christine Chow, Vice-President (Administration) and Secretary; Professor Li Min, Associate Dean (Teaching & Learning) of School of Chinese Medicine; Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation; and Dr. Stephen Sze Cho Wing, Associate Director of the Golden Meditech Centre for NeuroRegeneration Sciences.

On the occasion, the guests exchanged views on the University’s strategic development and the latest developments in neuroregeneration sciences research.
