Entrepreneur Committee 2024-26 of HKBU Foundation holds first meeting

The Entrepreneur Committee 2024-26 of the HKBU Foundation held its first meeting in hybrid mode on 10 April 2024 to discuss strategies for broadening the University’s support base and raising funds for its development. The meeting was co-chaired by Ms. Connie Wong, GBS, JP, and Dr. Stanley Yim, BBS, JP, newly appointed Co-Chairmen of the Entrepreneur Committee.
During the meeting, Professor Alex Wai, JP, President and Vice-Chancellor, gave a presentation on the University’s latest developments as well as the recent research accomplishments and awards earned by its academic staff and students. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, provided updates on the Committee’s work progress and briefed members on a series of upcoming celebration activities for the 15th Anniversary of the HKBU Foundation.
