The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon hosted its Inauguration Ceremony cum Dinner of the Board of Directors 2024-25 at the Regent Hong Kong on 23 May 2024, at which The Hon. Chris Sun Yuk Han, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, was invited as the officiating guest. Other guests attending the ceremony included Mr. Michael Mok Man Too, Chairman of the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon; and Mr. Ivan Wong, JP, Vice-Chairman, who is also Co-Chairman of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation. Representatives from the University and members of the HKBU Foundation joined the occasion, including Mr. Michael Hui, BBS, MH, JP; Mr. Felix Lio; Ms. Eileen Tsui, BBS, JP; Ms. Connie Wong, GBS, JP; Professor Patrick Wong, BBS, JP; and Mr. Simon Yim. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation, also attended the event on behalf of the University.
