The Hon. Sunny Tan, Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation, Senior Advisor of Luen Thai Holdings Limited and Legislative Council member of the Textiles and Garment functional constituency, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Chairman of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) for a term of two years with effect from 6 August 2024.

Additionally, Ms. Jennifer Yeung, JP, Court Member of HKBU, Member of the Young Entrepreneur Committee of HKBU Foundation and Executive Director of Glorious Sun Group, was re-appointed as Council Member of HKPC.
