• Innovative Project Award: The Henderson 

Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Non-Government, Institution or Community) Category 

• Grand Award: The Henderson 
• Merit Award: AIRSIDE and 11 SKIES Phase 1 

Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Government, Institution or Community) Category 

• Merit Award: Inland Revenue Centre
