Dr. Chloe Suen Yin Wah, Co-Chairman of the Young Entrepreneur Committee and member of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the HKSAR Government as a new member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee. Meanwhile, Dr. Rizwan Ullah, MH, member of the Alumni Committee of the Foundation, was re-appointed to serve another term. Their appointments are for a term of two years, with effect from 1 December 2024.

Dr. Chloe Suen is currently the Chair of the Simon Suen Foundation, while Dr. Rizwan Ullah serves as the Vice Principal (Student Development) of Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School.
