Dr. Vincent H.S. Lo, GBS, JP, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed by the Government as Chairman of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. The appointment takes effect from 1 June 2015 for two years. Dr. Lo is currently Chairman of the Shui On Group.
