Professor Liu Pak Wai, SBS, JP, Senior Member of the HKBU Foundation, was appointed as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Post-office Employment for Former Chief Executives and Politically Appointed Officials for a term of two years with effect from 1 July 2015. He is currently Emeritus Professor of Economics and Research Professor of the Institute of Global Economics and Finance of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
