Mr. Chan Wing Lim William, BBS, JP, Honorary Director of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed by the HKSAR Government as Panel Member of the Human Organ Transplant Board for a term of three years with effect from 15 February 2016. Mr. Chan is currently Chairman of Lapton Electric & Machinery Limited.
