The Federation of Hong Kong Chiu Chow Community Organizations hosted a spring cocktail reception at JW Marriott Hotel on 23 February 2016. The reception was well attended by over 200 guests including Dr. Robin Chan, GBS, JP, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, Ms. Connie Wong, SBS, JP, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, Dr. the Hon. Lam Tai Fai, SBS, JP, Honorary Director of the HKBU Foundation, and Dr. Wong Shu Yui, Vice-President of the Development Committee of the HKBU Jao Tsung-I Academy of Sinology. Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement, attended the reception on behalf of the University.
