The Tsim Sha Tsui District KaiFong Welfare Association, Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner reception to celebrate the Lunar New Year at its hall on 22 February 2016. Officiating guests included Mr. So Chung Ping, MH, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association; Mr. Lam Cho Kwong, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Association; Ms. Wang Xiaoling, Deputy Director General of the Kowloon Sub-office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; Mrs. Laura Liang Aron, JP, District Officer (Yau Tsim Mong); Mr. Shun Chi Ming, JP, Director of the Hong Kong Observatory, and others.
