The Tsim Sha Tsui District KaiFong Welfare Association, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, hosted a dinner reception to celebrate the 19th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China at its hall on 24 June 2016. Officiating guests included Mr. So Chung Ping, MH, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association; Mr. Lam Cho Kwong, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Association; Mr. Yiu Yu Hung, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Association; The Hon. Tommy Cheung, GBS, JP, Member of the Legislative Council; Ms. Jocelyn Ng, Acting District Officer (Yau Tsim Mong), and others.
