Dr. Wilfred Wong, GBS, JP, Chairman of the Board of Governors and Honorary President of the HKBU Foundation, was re-appointed as Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council for a term of three years from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2019. Dr. Wong is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Sands China Limited.
