Mr. Raymond Kwok, Member of the Board of Governors of the HKBU Foundation and representative of the Kwok Chung Bo Fun Charitable Fund, visited the University on 30 June 2023 for a meeting with HKBU representatives, including Mrs. Lily Chan, Director of University Advancement and Secretary-General of HKBU Foundation; Rev. Tse Hung, Chaplain; and Ms. Yvonne Lee, Director of International Office.

During the meeting, the two parties exchanged views on the University’s latest developments, especially on its student exchange programmes, the newly launched Extended Study Programme in the Greater Bay Area (click here to learn more) and the work progress of the Community of Christian Leaders Scholarship Fund, and explored the feasibility of providing more support for HKBU students in these areas.

The Kwok Chung Bo Fun Charitable Fund, Honorary Permanent President of the HKBU Foundation, has been a staunch supporter of various initiatives of the University over the years. These initiatives include, among others, the establishment of the Kwok Yat Wai Endowed Professorship in Environmental and Biological Analysis, the Mr. Kwok Yat Wai and Madam Kwok Chung Bo Fun Graduate School Development Fund, The Faith‧Hope‧Love Endowment Fund, as well as student exchange programmes and campus enhancement projects.
