The year 2024 celebrated two significant milestones for HKBU: the 30th anniversary of its university status and the 15th anniversary of the HKBU Foundation. During the year, the University continued to make remarkable strides in its teaching and research. In the “Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2024”, HKBU rose to the 101-200 band and ranked second globally in advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education. Meanwhile, the Foundation maintained robust and steady growth in both membership and donations, providing a strong impetus for the University’s groundbreaking developments and innovative endeavors.
